The Institute for the Study of Language and Information (KH-ISLI) at Kyung Hee University is proud to host the "34th Joint Workshops on Linguistics and Language Processing," held in Seoul, Korea, on Saturday, April 11th-12th, 2025. The theme for this workshop is "(Mis)matches between Form and Function in Natural Languages," focusing on innovative approaches and methodologies in language response systems. Participants from diverse fields such as syntax, semantics, pragmatics, corpus linguistics, and cognitive science are invited to present their research and engage in interdisciplinary discussions. As a significant event in the academic calendar of KH-ISLI, the workshop continues to foster collaboration and advance research in language studies.

Directions to Kyung Hee University
  • Directions to Kyung Hee University's College of Humanities building
  • From Incheon Airport:
    1. Take the Airport Railroad Express (AREX) to Seoul Station.
    2. At Seoul Station, transfer to Line 1 of the Seoul Subway.
    3. Travel on Line 1 towards Hoegi Station.
    4. Once you arrive at Hoegi Station, exit the station and take bus 01 or walk for 10 minutes to Kyung Hee University’s main gate.
    5. Follow the campus signs to reach the College of Humanities.
    From Seoul Station:
    1. Board a Line 1 subway train heading towards Hoegi Station.
    2. Upon arriving at Hoegi Station, exit the station.
    3. You can then take bus 01 or walk for 10 minutes to the main entrance of Kyung Hee University.
    4. Once on campus, follow signs directing you to the College of Humanities.
